The Hunger Games

I've finished reading the last two books in the Hunger Games trilogy. Why I chose to read them during report writing I'lll never know, but wow, they were hard to put down!!

There's been a lot going on lately with being back at work and looking for and finding and au pair and with that going on I've found reading helps quieten my busy brain. I'm reading whatever I can find in our house. That means some of David's books and also some of the kids books. Here's my growing list of read books. A good mix I think!

Books read 2012

Book number 1.

For the last couple of years I've been making reading a New Years Resolution as I just don't seem to find time to read!! This year I've decided to up the books I read to 24. That's a book every 2 weeks. I usually find that I fit my reading into the school and Christmas holidays. This year I'm going to try reading before going to bed and in quiet moments. Today I read a little on the ferry back home while Hamish was sleeping and the other kids were on the top deck of the ferry admiring the view of the Harbour. Well here is book number one: 1.
